In compliance with Google Play Store developer policies and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can permanently delete your EVE EcoVe Matcher account and associated personal data.
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion
If you currently have the EVE ECO Matcher mobile app or web app open, you can delete your profile instantly with immediate cryptographic purging:
- Open EVE ECO Matcher
- Tap Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down to Danger Zone
- Select Delete My Profile & confirm
Instant effect • Sign-out and data wiped immediately
Option 2: Public Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, submit the web deletion request below. Our automated system records your verified request and purges all data across systems within 30 days.

Transparency: What Data Is Deleted vs. Legally Retained
Data Permanently Deleted:
- Account credentials, Google Sign-In UID, and email bindings.
- All 9-phase ecological assessment responses & vector embeddings.
- Profile attributes, bio, photos, avatars, and match history.
- EVE Relay peer messages, inquiries, and connection requests.
- Device notification tokens (Expo/FCM) and session tokens.
- Village bookmarking, likes, and search filter preferences.
Data Retained (Mandatory Legal Compliance):
- Fiscal Invoices & Receipts: Retained for 5 years under Spanish Commercial Code (Art. 30 Código de Comercio) and Tax Law (Ley General Tributaria) for financial accounting audits.
- Security & Abuse Logs: Retained in anonymized/pseudonymized format for up to 90 days strictly for threat defense.
- Sovereign Node Data: If you participated in a community local-first node, community consensus records remain within that sovereign village ledger.
