We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, distribution, solicitation, storage, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This policy applies unconditionally across the entire EVE ecosystem, including EVE ECO Matcher (Mobile & Web), EVE Community Hub, EVE Admin, EVE Relay communication channels, user profile bios, photographs, chat messages, and shared community documents. Any detected violation results in immediate account termination, permanent device and IP bans, forensic evidence preservation, and mandatory referral to criminal law enforcement.
2. Explicitly Prohibited Exploitative Behaviors & Actions
The following activities are strictly forbidden and trigger immediate emergency intervention: a) Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Transmitting, viewing, hosting, linking to, or possessing any visual, digital, or AI-generated depiction of child sexual abuse. b) Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE): Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, child trafficking, or commercial sexual exploitation. c) Inappropriate Communications: Sending sexually suggestive, coercive, or predatory messages to or regarding minors. d) Exploitative Imagery: Uploading non-consensual imagery or sexualized representations involving minors under 18 years of age. e) Predatory Facilitation: Using platform messaging, relays, or event maps to coordinate unlawful or predatory interactions with children.
3. Mandatory Law Enforcement & NCMEC Reporting Protocol
In compliance with international obligations, EU Directives (Directive 2011/93/EU), Spanish Penal Code (Código Penal Arts. 183, 189), and Google Play Developer Policies: a) Immediate Reporting to NCMEC: Any identified CSAM/CSAE is reported without delay to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline. b) European & Spanish Authorities: Reports are escalated immediately to the Spanish National Police (Policía Nacional - UFAM / Brigada Central de Investigación Tecnológica), Civil Guard (Guardia Civil - Grupo de Delitos Telemáticos), Spanish Youth Prosecution (Fiscalía de Menores), and EUROPOL. c) Evidence Preservation: Cryptographic audit logs, metadata, IP connections, and relevant digital records are immediately frozen and preserved for formal legal handover to judicial authorities.
4. Dedicated User Reporting Channels (24/7 Priority Response)
Any user or community member who discovers, encounters, or suspects child exploitation or abuse must report it immediately through our dedicated channels: a) Priority Safety Email: safety@ai-softs.com (monitored with priority handling within 24 hours). b) Legal Compliance Office: legal@ai-softs.com. c) In-App Reporting: Select 'Report Violation' on any suspicious profile, chat message, or community event in EVE ECO Matcher or Community Hub. Reports are triaged with highest emergency priority.
5. Content Moderation & AI Safety Guardrails
We deploy multi-layered proactive and reactive safety mechanisms: a) AI Safety Guardrails: Google Genkit & Gemini AI agents in EVE are configured with strict safety filters that reject and flag any sexually suggestive or exploitative prompts or vectors involving minors. b) Human Moderation Oversight: Flagged accounts and reports undergo expedited human review by trained safety compliance personnel. c) Zero Retention of Illegal Material: Once legal preservation hashes are created for law enforcement, any identified CSAM is irreversibly purged from our servers to prevent further propagation.
6. Age Requirement & Child Protection Safeguards
The EVE platform and ECO Matcher are strictly restricted to individuals aged 16 and older in accordance with Spanish LOPDGDD (Art. 7) and GDPR (Art. 8). We actively terminate unauthorized accounts created by underage individuals and safeguard family-oriented eco-villages with strict member verification standards.
